This page is dedicated to all of the Calla kitties that have been placed into loving homes all over the world. I cannot tell you how much it means to receive photos and notes detailing how the cats are doing in their new homes. Thanks to Tammy Bales for giving me this great idea! Thanks to all the kitten buyers for keeping in touch!

Sophie ~ In charge of Jeep Performance Accessories!

This is Sophie in her loving home in Lawrenceville, GA. She lives with Herb and Elizabeth, 2 great friends of my husband. Herb builds high performance Jeeps as a hobby and Sophie checks out every part for quality. Well, at least it has to come in a decent box for a nap ;-)

Sophie moved in with another female feline and the two of them are now great pals.

Here's Puck, a thoroughly spoiled boy who left GA to live with his new dad in St. Louis, MO, and now his dad has moved to GA! He has to keep a close eye on Puck because all his friends want to take him home... he's a really sweet cat."

"I have attached a couple of pictures of Puck. He loves to be up on top of things. I think he is the most lovable cat I have ever seen in my life. He loves to play and demands your attention. He has such a cute personality. I’m so glad I have him."
Kevin

Lumpy

We named this kitten Lumpy because he was quiet and reserved and didn't tear around the kitten room like his littermates. The name stuck and his new owners love his Lumpy disposition... the red bowl is his favorite place to veg out.

"Wanted to give you a Lumpy update. He's still quite lumpy. Such a delight."
Tina

Tigger and Ceci

Tigger and CeCi are two beautiful American showcats who are the center of attention in their loving home in Tampa, FL.

"We now live in Tampa, FL - The kitties are awesome - Tigger is still laid back and CeCi loves to eat. They love each other and cannot get out of each others site."
Dean R.

Pawnee and Ace

This is Pawnee and Ace, retired show cats who now are part of a wonderful family in Suwanee, GA. They love the kids and get along great with each other even though they were both breeding males at one time.

Baby Girl and Dolly ~ Cat naps are the BEST!

Baby Girl and Dolly now live with Milt and Deane Webb, who just happen to be my in-laws. They're both just part of the family now and have a warm and loving home. They compete for "lap-time", that is when they're not roaming the house looking for a little mischief...

This is a Calla love story-- Rachael & Nugget!

This darling little girl has stolen my heart and it's clear that she and Nugget are going to grow up together with much love and laughter! Nugget especially likes getting pampered by her new family in what has turned out to be a match made in heaven!

We love you Rachael & Nugget!

This is Mikey. He was adopted several years ago and is trained and works as a therapy cat. He visits nursing homes and brings his sweetness and love to everyone he meets.
A Match Made In Heaven!

Dougie adopted one of our retired Persians, a sassy little calico named Miss Sidney. On the night they met, Miss Sidney wrapped her front legs around Dougie's neck and hasn't let go since!

It's moments like this that make all the hard work of breeding cats worthwhile. There's no feeling as wonderful as placing one of our retired breeders into a loving home!

Meet Porky, the sweetest little boy born on 3/24/02 and now living in a loving home in Omaha, NE. Clearly, Porky has taken over the house! This photo was taken within 4 days of his arrival in Omaha and he has already settled in. I just know that he's going to grow up to be the most beautiful silver tabby ever produced at Calla!

The big guy is "Angel" and he's taking a nap with his little daughter "Teena"! Angel lives in Cergy, France with my friend Catherine and is Papa to many beautiful babies. Angel is one of those daddy's that likes to keep a close watch on his kittens and is so gentle and sweet with them. Angel's kittens are becoming part of the foundation of a new breed of Asian Shorthairs.

A ma cher amie, Catherine: Finalement l'Ange est sur ma webpage d'anciens élèves! Merci si beaucoup de lui donner tout ton amour.

A lovely lady named Linda, ended up with 3 Calla kitties. "Pixie" (far left) is a calico van that Linda has had for about 1.5 years. "Ke Ke" (center) is a 3 month old silver tabby that Linda purchased in 9/00. "Dusty" (far right) is a dilute calico. Here's the cincher: Dusty and Pixie are sisters! And Ke Ke is Dusty's daughter! These girls had a family reunion on the new cat tree... and it's as if they know that they are related! Cool, huh?

This is Gizmo, a Red Mack Tabby Persian now living the good life in Brunswick, GA. Gizmo's new mommy is an animal lover who has rescued cats and dogs from certain death-- she wanted to treat herself to a pedigree cat! Gizmo took over her house on the first day-- we're all hoping that Giz and "Boogie" (another cat in the household) will become best buddies.

Je t'aime, Sunny! This little girl lives in France. She will be a mommy in a Bombay breeding program, where they are out-crossing to Black Americans to increase the size of the gene pool. Her name is Calla's New Dawn of The Cats Love, but they call her "Sunny".

Your eyes aren't deceiving you... this sassy American Shorthair female is climbing on the bird cage, and the cockatoo is right beside her!! This is "Abby", a super-smart, super-sweet, super-independent girl living in Brighton, TN and showing us that American Shorthairs really do get along great with other pets!

p.s. I'm sure Abby is well fed or she might think about having this bird for lunch!!

This is Cheddar, a 2 year old Cameo male. At 6 months old, Cheddar was twice the size of the average full grown American Shorthair male! and he continued to grow and grow. He is easily 20 lbs. now... but he's the owner of two sweet little girls that like to dress him up in doll clothes and push him in a baby carriage! Too bad that Cheddar no longer fits in his cat bed, but somehow I think he doesn't really care about that at all. He's living the good life out in the 'burbs of Atlanta!

Bonjour! This is Calla's Heaven On Earth, who now lives in France. Kathy & Thierry Gauziere had one American male and one female and really wanted to expand their breeding program. So, this heavenly girl took a trip to France! Luckily, we were able to get a TICA judge to carry her on board so she traveled in first class!

This handsome guy is Hinz! He's been away from Calla for 2 years at a wonderful home in Pennsylvania, and fate would have his mommy searching the net for another kitty and run across our Calla website! Hinz has been on our bi-color page for years under his cattery name of "Beefcake"... now he's a real alumni! Plus, his Auntie Anna is on her way to Pennsylvania to live with him! Hinz is one lucky fellow, and just a wee bit spoiled!

This guy was named "Sweetie" while he was at Calla. His new mommy calls him "Biscuit" because he makes biscuits all day long. I'm also told that he wakes her up every day at 5:30am making biscuits on her face.

Meet Samson! Clearly, the sassiest Persian kitten I have ever seen! Samson is celebrating his new daddy's birthday, but wrapping himself up! He's 7 months old in this photo and weighs in at 7 lbs. His Georgia family tells me that he's quite a talker and a big-time biscuit maker!

This gentleman is named Jaspurr -- mostly because his purr motor runs all day long. Jaspurr is a very lucky fellow, living in Massachusetts and being the total center of attention in his household. We called him "Grasshopper" when he was with us, because he hops around all the time, but I think Jaspurr is a wonderful name for a very sweet boy. Dusty (pictured on the left) is Jaspurr's mama, KeKe is his sister and Pixie is his auntie!
