*Unless otherwise stated, the
buyer is responsible for all transportation costs, including but not limited to
Airfare, Carrier and Health Certification.
1.
Under no circumstances
will this cat be declawed before 10 months of age.
2.
Under no circumstances
will this cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, animal shelter,
research laboratory or similar facility.
3.
Adequate, indoor sanitary
facilities will be provided for this cat. This cat will not be allowed to roam
outdoors.
4.
This cat is purchased as

Definition
of Terms: Show: Shown in prime condition, cat should achieve grand
championship. Breeder/Show: Shown in
prime condition, cat should achieve grand championship. Breeder: Because of a significant flaw or
less overall type, cat should not be shown, however, lineage and overall
quality indicates the possibility of producing quality progeny. Pet: A cat that fails to meet the exacting
standards required of show or breeder.
5.
If this cat is found to
be neglected or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, purchaser
will surrender said cat to seller unconditionally.
6.
If purchased as pet
quality, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this cat between the ages of 6 months
and one year, or within thirty days after purchase if this is an adult cat, and
agrees and guarantees that this cat will not be used for stud or breeding.
7.
Seller agrees to provide
pedigree and registration papers on this cat upon presentation of a veterinarian’s
certificate of neutering or spaying:

If purchased with
Breeding Rights, Sections 6 & 7 of this contract do not apply.
9.
Health Guarantee: To
the best of Seller’s knowledge, Purchaser is receiving a healthy cat/kitten,
free of internal and external parasites, infectious diseases or
life-threatening congenital defects. To
validate this Guarantee, Purchaser must have his/her veterinarian inspect said
cat within three (3) days of purchase.
If any illness is found, Purchaser must contact Seller immediately, and
may at his option, either 1) return said cat to Seller for a full refund; or 2)
return said cat to seller for replacement cat/kitten if available; or 3) take
cat to Seller’s choice of veterinarian for a second opinion, in which case
Seller will pay all reasonable costs up to the purchase price if authorized by
Seller in advance of such treatment.
During this three (3) day period, if a veterinarian other than Seller’s
choice institutes any further vaccinations, this guarantee is null and void. Seller does not guarantee breeding
performance of any cat.
Other
Conditions:
1) The deposit is non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind about purchasing kitten. If seller cannot deliver kitten for health reasons, a full refund will be made or the buyer can choose another kitten as a replacement.
2)
Calla Cattery is free of Feline Leukemia and does not vaccinate due to the
danger of exposing kittens t the live vaccine.
New owners are permitted to vaccinate for Feline Leukemia at the advice
of their veterinarian and at their own risk.
Calla is not responsible for reactions or bad results from vaccinating
for Feline Leukemia.
Vaccination/Worming records will be provided.
Purchaser’s
signature indicates full agreement and approval of all above conditions.
